What is Wanderington Made?

Every Wanderington Made piece is designed to represent our corner of the world like the smell of fresh rainfall, the stories of hikes & adventures, the vibrant colors of plains and landscapes out east, the city and towns filled with communities living Al-ki and the love that makes us all connect to what truly binds us, the feeling of home.

So if you see a Wanderington Made section on the product page that means that product was produced using our new standard. You should see our catalog change rapidly as new product release.

Why Unisex or specific styled clothing?

One of our aspirations is for Wanderington to be worn by anyone and any size.

The item I want is sold out. What do I do?

Every sold-out item features a "Notify me when available" button, allowing you to request email or text notifications as soon as we restock. No need to keep checking back—stay informed effortlessly!

Why are some sizes not available?

We want Wanderington to be worn by anyone and any size.

We will continue to address this issue because sometimes, we do not have all the sizes on hand.

All physical addresses and email information is kept private and never sold; marketing is only sent to customers who opt-in via the checkout system.

I placed an order! When will I get it?

Right on! Thank you for your purchase.

At the moment, we can only ship to 50 states & 8 areas in the US. Of course, Washington!

Current standard shipping times after packing:
3 to 12 business days

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes.

Rates are calculated at checkout. Please note shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside our control.

How much is domestic shipping?

Domestic shipping is calculated at checkout and is free for orders over $100!

I haven't received my order yet. What's going on?

If you are in the US and it’s been over 15 business days since you placed your order. Please email care@wanderington.com with your Name and Order Number.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are very important to us, like Return of the Jedi, Return of the Dragon, and The Return of the King, but most of all, your return.

Ultimately, we want to ensure you love what you buy from us, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, email care@wanderington.com with your Name and Order Number.

How do I sign up for wholesale?

Simply fill out our wholesale application form here. Once approved, you'll receive a welcome email with access to our wholesale portal, catalog, and pricing.

What are the requirements to become a wholesale partner?

We partner with brick-and-mortar retail stores, online shops, and boutiques that align with our brand values. You'll need a valid business license and resale certificate.

Is there an approval process?

Yes, we review all wholesale applications to ensure a good fit. We typically respond within 2-3 business days.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum opening order is $100.

How do I place an order?

Once approved, you can place orders through our wholesale portal.

What is the lead time for orders?

Standard orders ship within 1 to 5 business days. Large orders may require additional time. We'll always communicate expected delivery dates clearly.

What are your payment terms?

We offer Net 30 terms for all approved wholesale partners or standard payment. If you need different payment arrangements, please contact us at care@wanderington.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of 200 or more ship free. Orders under $200 incur a shipping fee that is handled at time of purchase.

Do you have a catalog I can review?

Yes! Once you're approved for wholesale, you'll receive our complete digital catalog with product specs, pricing, and imagery via our portal.

What if a product arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at care@wanderington.com with photos of the damage. We'll replace damaged items or issue you a refund promptly.
